Call To Worship February 28 2016

We worship our God to please Him alone. If we say our God is great and worthy of our praise, then we must worship Him according to His commands. If we do otherwise we propagate questions as to the holiness of His authority. Would a holy God give unnecessary or sinful statutes? No. So, how He orders us to worship is good and right. If we say our God is great and worthy of our life, then we must seek to walk in accordance with His commands. Would a holy God give unnecessary or sinful statutes? No. So, how He orders us to walk is good and right. Many times Christians forget the clarity of God’s testimonies because they are focused on the complexities of a fallen world. We will never understand all the intricacies of the world as sin in our hearts has made our existence baffling. Yet, we serve the true God who has given pure commands to help us navigate the minutia and confusion of a sinful world. We come to worship God based on the simplicity of His word to encourage us to live in accordance with his plain precepts.
